* Expertise across the full HR lifecycle - talent, ER, compensation & benefits
* Credibility to influence at the executive level and present to investment partners
* Collaborative leadership style with the ability to unify diverse company cultures
* Innovative mindset to implement flexible, modern HR practices and technologies
* Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach complementing a lean HR model
* CIPD qualified - CIPD level 7/Masters Degree
