CNC Production Leader / Supervisor

Location: Derby
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: Up to £41,600 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced CNC Production Leader / Supervisor to join a leading company and take charge of a busy CNC department. If you have a strong background in CNC machining and leadership, this could be the ideal role for you!

Main Duties Include:

* Leading and managing the Milling and Turning sections to maximise machine efficiency and production output

* Coordinating with the Production Planner and Late Shift Leader to prioritise and schedule machining orders

* Promoting continuous improvement and ensuring high standards are maintained across the department

* Managing tooling levels and specifying new tooling as required

* Maintaining coolant quality and safety within the department

* Training and developing new and existing team members

* Ensuring all Health & Safety and Environmental standards are met

* Addressing any department issues and implementing corrective actions when needed
