Active Personnel is currently recruiting Parcel Sorters to join our esteemed client based in Alfreton. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Your main duties will include:
* Sorting parcels on the conveyor belt to ensure they are correctly organized for dispatch.
* Placing sorted parcels into cages, preparing them for timely dispatch to their respective destinations.
* Keeping the sorting area clean and organized to ensure smooth operations and safety.
* Following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
The Candidate:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals who possess the following qualities:
* Punctuality: Arrive on time and be ready to start your shift promptly.
* Team Player: Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure parcels are sorted accurately to avoid any delivery errors.
* Adaptability: Be willing to take on additional tasks and adapt to changing work conditions.
* Previous Experience: While previous experience in a similar role is desired, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Working Hours:
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Shift Times: 10:45 PM - 08:00 AM
* This schedule allows for a consistent work-life balance and we are flexible
Pay:
* Hourly Rate: £14.36 per hour (Umbrella inclusive of Holidays)
