Are you an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler looking for a new opportunity to develop your career in a thriving and forward-thinking firm? We are currently recruiting for a Case Handler to join a growing team in Bedford.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process who are looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that offers ongoing training, professional development, and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion.
Handling Draft Contracts, Freehold and Leasehold enquiries, and exchange of Contracts.
Reviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offers.
Ensuring compliance with the UK Finance mortgage lenders’ handbook.
Keeping files organised and ensuring all checklists and documentation are up to date.
Providing regular updates to clients and introducers.
Overseeing workload distribution and supporting junior staff where necessary.
Preparing completion packs and coordinating final steps in the conveyancing process.
Handling general office administration, including post, filing, and account balances.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client and third-party interactions.Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in conveyancing and a strong understanding of the property transaction process.
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to review legal documents accurately.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
Experience working with case management systems is an advantage
