We are recruiting for a Housing Support Worker in Leeds on a full-time temporary contract, 35 hours per week.

You must be able to drive to be considered for this role, and have a DBS on the update service.

Some of the key details include;

* To provide flexible, focused and short term housing related support to clients in accommodation with a wide range of support needs

* Liaise with and develop professional working relations with a variety of housing and support providers

* Support clients to achieve their individual goals in line with their tailor made support plan

* Prepare accommodation for re-letting so as to maximise accommodation availability within target timescales
