Health, Safety and Quality Manager – Specialist Construction Contractor, Essex.

Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager to work for one of the most reputable specialist contractors in the UK.

Our client focuses strictly on design, supply and installs of large packages on major transportation projects such as airports, undergrounds and railway buildings.

AS HSQE Manager you would be responsible for overseeing Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment processes and procedures in day-to-day operations.

Key duties include implementing and monitoring HSQE policies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within the organization.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Health and Safety Management, Quality Management, and Environmental Management skills

• Experience in implementing HSQE policies and procedures

• Risk Assessment and Compliance knowledge

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• NEBOSH or IOSH certification

• Previous experience in the construction industry

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related field (Desirable)
