Are you an experienced Account Manager or have the skills and attributes to be one?
We need you for one of our brilliant clients, who provides a healthy balance of remote home working (3 days) and office days (2 days).
Our North Wiltshire based client is led by a phenomenal team of people and it has been really interesting to watch the business flourish and grow exponentially, and in more recent times by acquisition as well.
They now have an opening for another Account Manager to join the established team, and if this is you, your newly appointed positions as Account Manager will act as a point of contact, ensuring their clients and customers receive an exceptional customer service throughout the length of the project engaged on from start to finish.
The role requires clear communications skills and a high attention to detail, and you must be comfortable in establishing rapport with people at all levels with the ability to maintain long term customer relationships.
The key responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Communicate via email and letter professionally.
• Book all project instructions from customers/ clients on to the IT systems.
• Allocate tasks to sub-contractors and manage the project engagement through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare client reports.
• Participate in and attend client meetings.
• Manage the handling of any complaints and escalate appropriately.
• Invoices sign off, sending invoices to client and liaison with Accounts / Credit Control in regard to unpaid invoices.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and grow new opportunities.
What you need to have and bring to the role:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels and types of stakeholders.
• A focussed, flexible, adaptable and self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Experience of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks whilst maintaining a concise level of attention to detail and exemplary customer service.

Our client is offering a salary in the region of £26,000 p/a plus commission and hybrid working.
