The Requirements

Must have a driving license and vehicle due to the remote location.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in repetitive tasks.
Excellent time management and high data entry speed.
Proficient in basic computer systems and software.
Strong written English skills with a commitment to 100% accuracy.
Thrives in a process-driven, consistent role.

The Responsibilities

Process new sales orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
Meet targeted goals for correctly processed orders and quotes
Communicate with customers via email to send invoices
Accurately enter sales orders and quotes into our ERP management system and communicate them with customers.
Ensure timely and precise processing of orders and quotes.
