? Strong experience in highways & civil engineering projects
? Proven track record managing road narrowing & 279 schemes
? Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills
? SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifications (preferred)
? Ability to drive projects to completion on time & within budget
