We are actively looking for a Building Safety Surveyor to join a housing association covering the Manchester and North West area on 6 month FTC. In return you will receive, opportunity for extension or become a permanent role, hybrid working and opportunity to manage own diary.

As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will be:

Managing the fire risk assessment remedial programme
Delivering fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys
Provide fire safety technical recommendations off the back of the surveys
Delivery on remedial works and reports to ensure compliance legislation met
Home based with travel to the properties across the North West
Experience and qualifications:

Experience conducting fire surveys
Experience managing fire risk assessment actions
FDIS, NEBOSH fire and relevant building qualification
In return as the Building Safety Surveyor, you will receive:

£280-£300 a day
