Payroll Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Location: Warrington
Duration: Full Time, Permanent
Sellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit a Payroll Administrator for a well-established and growing Catering business based in Warrington. The company has gone through a sustained period of growth in recent times and as a result an exciting opportunity has opened up within the Payroll team.
As a Payroll Administrator you will be working very closely alongside the Payroll Manager and will be exposed to a number of responsibilities and duties allowing you to further your knowledge.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator include:
Processing starters, leavers and contract variations accurately on the Payroll system
Calculate and process payments and deductions due in accordance with legislation
Pension scheme administration including the accurate calculation of employee and employer contributions
Completing time and attendance procedures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant payroll and pension legislation
Ensure that the payroll mailbox is maintained at all times
Undertake/assist with ad hoc projects as directed and supported by the Payroll ManagerSuccessful Payroll Administrator candidates will be:
Experience within a fast paced, high volume Payroll department
Clear and effective communicator at all levels in a professional manner
Willing to learn and possess a can do attitude but also be able to use your own initiative
The ability to develop strong relationships with other teams
