Groundworks Project Manager required for fast-track project in Hampshire. Term of contract 6 months minimum. Groundworks Project Manager will have extensive experience of commercial groundworks operations, namely, industrial unit construction. This particular project is a £25 million shed with all associated externals, drainage, bolts bases, utilities, slab and foundations.
Groundworks Project Manager key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage groundworks project from inception to completion
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Monitor and control project costs, resources, and risks
Groundworks Project Manager requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial groundworks and civils project management
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
