Key Responsibilities of learning support assistant:

Providing one-on-one and group support to students, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance they need to thrive.
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting resources to meet their individual needs.
A passion for supporting others through education and training.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An enhanced DBS certificate and the right to work in the UK.
A Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desireable.
