A dynamic and fast-growing building surveying and property company is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to the directors and assist with a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
PA Support: Assist the directors with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Report Writing: Prepare, format, and proofread reports, proposals, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
General Administration: Handle office correspondence, maintain filing systems, manage emails, and answer incoming calls.
Project Support: Assist with managing and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines are met and all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed, ensuring professional and timely responses.
Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, tracking payments, and other financial tasks as required.
Other Duties: Provide general support across various departments, assist with office management tasks, and contribute to company-wide initiatives. Requirements:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within the property, surveying, or construction industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Desired Attributes:
Experience with report writing or technical documentation is a plus.
Familiarity with building surveying or property management processes.
