* Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas

* Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

* Holidays: 24 + bank holidays

* Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Domestic Plumber looking for your next exciting opportunity? We're seeking an experienced and dedicated plumber to join our team, working on a social housing contract in and around Birmingham. The Role:

As a Domestic Plumber, you will be responsible for:

* Carrying out general plumbing repairs and installations in social housing properties

* Responding to emergency call-outs

* Conducting reactive maintenance and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) to ensure systems are up to standard

* Working closely with tenants and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

* Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations

What You’ll Need:

* NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing & Heating

* Previous experience working in domestic properties (social housing experience preferred)

* Domestic Gas Certifications (Desirable)

* Full UK driving license

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
