Jackson Hogg are currently supporting a manufacturing business based in Newton Ayecliffe with the appointment of HR Officer on a temporary basis up to 6 months. This is a full time fully office-based position.
You will be supporting the wider HR Team and business with project based as well as reactive HR concerns.

* Creating and updating current policies and procedures

* Salary benchmarking

* Reviewing and updating company benefits

* Sexual harassment training

* Updating the current appraisal scheme

* Transactional HR
