Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant with a background in SEND or mainstream schools? Do you want to make a real difference in education?

Academic Appointments is seeking passionate individuals to join our team and support students across various schools and academies in South Yorkshire. We welcome applicants with experience working in schools or the care sector who have encountered and managed challenging behaviour, and supported students’ physical, social, and emotional needs.

Role Requirements:

* CACHE Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

* Relevant experience in education or care in the UK within the last 12 months

* A genuine passion for making a positive impact in students’ lives

* Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour, autism spectrum conditions, and complex needs

* Strong patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

* 2x References
