An amazing opportunity awaits for a Senior Lettings Executive to join our Sales, Letting, Commercial & Property Management Agency based in E18 2QH. We are a unique Letting & Management organization that offers traditional rental services along with being one of London's most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists, catering to various property needs for Local & Central Government Emergency Housing requirements.
The ideal candidate for this role must be highly motivated with a proven track record, dynamic, well-organized, possess excellent interpersonal skills, articulate, and ambitious.

Responsibilities:
Conducting market appraisals and securing instructions
Closing deals and driving new business
Maintaining and exceeding personal KPIs
Monitoring and enhancing online reviews
Introducing innovative business service provisions
Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services
Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in increasing market share
Strong market share winning abilities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Success in winning new business
Proficient in IT and regular social media usage
Full UK Driving License
Industry qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA are advantageous
Ambitious, dynamic, and well-organized with excellent time management skills
Working Hours:
Full-time, Permanent role
Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:45 am - 4:00 pm
5-day working week with a day off mid-week
Salary:
Competitive salary starting from £20,000 to £25,000 per year with OTE potential of £50,000
