SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to support a large school in Brent in their search for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team within an 'Outstanding' school known for its specialisation in mathematics and teacher training.

About the Role

We are looking for three LSAs who will provide dedicated support to children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND), ensuring their academic progress across all subjects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specific support to students with SEND
Assist with in-class support and small-group interventions
Work flexibly within the SEN team and alongside other staff members
Maintain good organisational and administrative skills
Communicate effectively with staff and parents

Ideal Candidate Will:

Have the right to work in the UK
Hold GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Be committed to raising student attainment in a challenging environment
Have experience or a strong desire to work with students of varying abilities
Embrace the ethos of high expectations and no excuses
