About Us:
We are a leading construction recruitment agency, working with top contractors and subcontractors across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Resourcer to join our dynamic team and help us connect skilled construction professionals with exciting opportunities.

The Role:
As a Resourcer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
✔ Screening and qualifying candidates over the phone and in person
✔ Building relationships with candidates to understand their skills and job preferences
✔ Managing the recruitment database, keeping records accurate and up to date
✔ Writing and posting job adverts to attract the best talent
✔ Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
✔ Providing excellent candidate experience from initial contact to placement

What We’re Looking For:

? Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or administration (preferred but not essential)
? A strong communicator with great people skills
? Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
? Confident using Microsoft Office & recruitment databases
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
