Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people's and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can join our busy Employee Relations team at the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.
Main duties of the job
Working as the Employee Relations Officer, you will:
• Provide a professional, knowledgeable and effective ER advice helpline service to our colleagues and managers – the HR Helpline service operates through telephone, Microsoft Teams and email
• Provide proactive, compassionate, efficient first line contact, advice and support for all colleagues and managers on a wide range of employee related queries and concerns, interpreting HR policies to ensure understanding and appropriate application of Trust HR policies
• Support the team with general administration duties, for example data analysis using excel, Appeals and Tribunal processes, Job Evaluation process, liaising with managers trust-wide, responding to Freedom of Information requests, and support of the job evaluation process
