Job title: Multiskilled Engineer

Location: Bournemouth Combined Court Courts Of Justice, Deansleigh Rd Bournemouth BH7 7DS

Length: 3 months initial contract subject to extend

Work hours: Mon - Fri 40 hrs week

Pay Rate: £19.23/hour PAYE

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Multiskilled Engineer for a FM Services and Engineering company.

In this role you will be working as a Mechanical engineer with electrical qualification. This Role is to provide both reactive and planned maintenance tasks as well as replacements though minor works and lifecycle. The role is to maintain the HVAC systems, to manage the site's BMS, and to oversee daily operations of cooling towers. Some of other duties include;

Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.

Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.

*

Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding planned and reactive activities and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.

*

Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.

*

To develop a good working relationship with all members of company’s staff, subcontractors and the client representatives.

Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To always include the wearing of uniform and PPE, and etc

Key Skills/Experience:

*

Recognized Mechanical qualifications essential.

*

Recognised Electrical engineering qualification essential.

18th Edition wiring Regs. essential

*

City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 (Desirable)
