A highly regarded Skipton based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join the firms residential conveyancing team to support the fee earners with the day to day running of the conveyancing files.
You must have previous legal secretarial experience.
This role would suit a legal secretary who enjoys audio typing at the role will be 50%-75% typing.
The role is full time office based however the firm are flexible and will be happy to consider flexibility around hours if needed.
Duties include
* Providing support to the team typing of general correspondence and documents
* Typing letters and documents using digital dictation
* Using the case management system to open and update files
* Dealing with SDLT forms and land registry searches
* Liaising with clients and providing updates
* General secretarial support including post, scanning and archiving files
