Position Title: Press Brake Operator

* Location: Bilston, Wolverhampton

* Salary: Between £15 / £17 per hour

* Term: Temporary to Permanent - Mon to Thurs 7am to 4pm & Fri 7am to 2pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work to join metal components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of metals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up press brake machines by installing and aligning tools, dies, and equipment.

* Bending capacity covers materials up to 80mm thick.

* Section lengths up to 12metres giving flexibility of design.

* 1000 tonne capability.

* Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components according to blueprints and technical drawings.

Skills:

* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

* Experience with press brake machines, including setup, operation, and maintenance.

* Knowledge of metal types and properties, as well as appropriate handling and bending techniques.
