A market leading, Manufacturing & Design company in Witham are recruiting a Junior Production Planner to join their team ASAP. This is a temporary - permanent position working in the office Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm, Paying £11.44 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Junior Production Planner role will include but are not limited to:

Process and manage client information and the programming activities.
Regularly update production schedules.
Ensure fulfilment of requested supplies by effectively managing and coordinating purchase orders .
Report and manage service spares and damage replacements.
Work closely with 15 departments ensuring seamless planning coordination to achieve timely shipping targets.
Monitor and maintain stock levels coordinating with assembly and production departments.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required.
Possess strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Confidence to develop and nurture key customer and workforce relationships.
Be a strong problem-solver.
