Part time flexible working hours (20 hours per week)
Our client is a global building solutions company based in Binley and they are looking for a part time Imports Admin Clerk to join the team on a temporary ongoing basis.
The role is on a part time basis, based in the head office in Coventry. Although it is not essential, a degree of experience in working with custom brokers and dealing with freight would be preferable.
The key responsibilities of an Imports Admin Clerk:
* Liaising with customs brokers & freight companies
* Updating costs
* Arranging quality inspections
* Liaising with internal stakeholders
* Using SAP ERP system
Candidate requirements for Import Admin Clerk:
* Knowledge of customs / freight would be desirable, but not essential
* Good Microsoft Office skills
* SAP knowledge
* Great communication skills
* High attention to detail
