Accept Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operators (Counterbalance FLT) to join a reputable company in Rothley (LE7).

Key Responsibilities:

* Move finished goods from production lines to designated warehouse areas

* Keep palletizers and conveyors clear to prevent stoppages

* Identify and report product damage or quality concerns

* Operate FLT safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards

* Perform daily equipment checks and report faults

* Complete required documentation accurately

* Work closely with shift and day teams

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

* Valid Counterbalance FLT license

* Previous warehouse or logistics experience

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + 25% shift allowance
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 6:00-18:00 / 18:00-6:00
