Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Uncapped Bonus

Are you ready to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge CRM & business automation solutions? A leading financial services company is looking for a Solutions Architect to take charge of CRM customization, business process automation, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do:

* Develop and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring seamless business operations

* Automate business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across departments

* Build advanced reports & dashboards in SQL, Zoho Analytics, Power BI to drive data insights

* Collaborate with teams across sales, finance, and marketing to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions

* Lead system integrations between Zoho CRM and external platforms

* Work hands-on with Deluge, JavaScript, and Python to create custom CRM functions

What You Bring:

* 5+ years in CRM development, solution architecture, or business analytics

* Strong experience with Zoho CRM (or Salesforce/MS Dynamics), SQL, Power BI

* Hands-on expertise in workflow automation & low-code development (Zoho Deluge, JavaScript, Python)

* The ability to translate complex data into business insights

* Experience with integrating CRM with third-party platforms
