Reporting Analyst
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
Fixed Term role until the end of 2025.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the Operations department. In this new role, you will be at the forefront of delivering accurate, insightful reports and analysis that empower stakeholders to drive operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce meaningful reports from large data sets, ensuring outputs are clear and actionable.
* Deliver operational reporting, including KPIs, regulatory compliance, employee performance scorecards, and third-party performance scorecards.
* Collaborate across teams, including IT, Sales, Commercial, and Finance, to align and enhance reporting outputs.
* Analyse complex data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, presenting findings in ways that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
* Lead on regulatory reporting and industry compliance requirements, working with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar data-focused role is essential.
* Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and VBA skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, compound formula).
* Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to analyse large datasets and present findings clearly to drive decision-making.
* Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Adaptability: A flexible, proactive approach to managing shifting priorities and urgent tasks.
* Problem Solving: A can-do attitude with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and delivering solutions.
