We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the HR Team at Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be required to provide accurate generalist HR support to the Company in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Working with stakeholders across all functions of Head Office, you will be required to assist with supporting the advisory team with best practice HR, managing employee relations meetings and conducting investigations and applying solutions. Other day to day actions include advising on disciplinary investigations, dealing with short term and long-term sickness and other general HR support.
