Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Founder led and Private equity

Location:

England, Greater London, London

Salary:

£130,000 - £160,000 per annum + Bonus 

Company Branding:

FMCG and Manufacturing experience Required

Job Duties:

Developing financial strategies and plans
Monitoring financial performance
Oversee all reporting processes, including managing the month end and year end process and the submission of timely financial reporting
Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts.
In-depth understanding and analysis of margin, operating costs etc. to identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide data driven recommendations.
Prepare and Present accurate and timely financial reports at monthly board meetings.
Ownership of the company's debt financing.
Managing financial risks
Overseeing budgeting and forecasting
Providing financial guidance to senior management
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Leading financial reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications:

Fully Qualified with Ideally 10 years PQE
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial role
Strong knowledge of financial management principles
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role

Working Conditions:

The CFO role is based in London and requires full-time commitment. The position may involve occasional travel for business meetings and industry events
