Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Headteacher to lead the school. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to special education, a track record of leadership excellence, and the ability to inspire both staff and students. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, alongside a teachers' pension and bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Lead and manage a dedicated team of educators and support staff.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high standards.
Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to build strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of both staff and students.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
Strong understanding of special education needs and best practices.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment.
Relevant educational qualifications and certifications (QTS essential).
