Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: Stroud GL5.
Schedule: Monday – Friday.

About The Role:
They require an organised and proactive person to oversee daily operations, manage the finance, accounts, credit control and ensure a productive office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.
Responsibilities will include (But not limited too):
* Control and manage all finance, credit control, accounting functions, payroll, VAT & bookkeeping
* Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
* Coordinate and support administrative tasks and projects
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Implement and improve office processes to enhance productivity
* Maintain a subcontractor directory (up to date insurances, CIS and contact details)
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous office experience
* General bookkeeping, VAT, CIS returns and payroll preparation
* Experience of Invoice Finance (preferred)
* Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Polite phone manner
