About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading company that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Providing accurate information about products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of what is available.
* Handling customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact.
* Processing orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
* Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly.
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommending solutions to management.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or retail environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings
