They design, manufacture, and install innovative filtration solutions that go beyond any competitor’s standard and are looking for an experienced Factory Caretaker to join their growing team. They will be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness and appearance of all areas inside and outside of the premises.

Job Description

Sweep and clean warehouse/production/mezzanine floors in all units.
Keep all gangways and fire exits clean and clear from obstructions.
Clean and tidy the areas of the factory & maintain the car park and outside area.
Ensure that all external waste and debris is collected up and disposed of appropriately.
Empty the waste bins in all warehouse/production areas & monitor recycling sacks/bins.
Collect scrap cardboard/plastic from warehouse/production areas for recycling.
Undertake allocated BMR via Jira system and communicate outcome.
Ensure accurate recording of tasks in line with cleaning schedule matrix.
Daily monitoring of refreshments in main canteen.
Completion of mandatory Amazon Learn courses.
Adherence to health and safety requirements & compliance and ISO standards.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience of a factory-based environment
Basic knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
Ability to work with limited direct supervision
