Premier Recruitment are supporting a beautiful Nursery in Addlestone to find a level 2 or 3 Childcare qualified candidate to join their lovely team as a Nursery assistant. They have Part time, Lunch time assistant and Full time Nursery assistant positions. Candidates who are qualified will be considered regardless of experience.

The nursery are offering professional development opportunities for a level 3 or above. In addition to this you'll get entered into a weekly staff raffle for rewards for 100% attendance. You will also get up to 4 additional days Annual leave for 100% attendance per quarter.

All you need is a minimum of a level 2 Childcare qualification or above to be considered for the Nursery assistant role as full support will be provided. All candidates that hold the relevant qualifications will be contacted.

Roles available: Nursery assistant Full time and Part time, Lunch time assistant x 5 days.

Nursery assistant Level 2 Childcare: £12.21 per hour.

Nursery assistant Level 3 Childcare: £13.21 - £14 per hour.

Job duties:

- Support the Room leader as a Nursery assistant with the planning of learning based activities.

- Ensure Children are supervised at all times with the correct ratios.

- Ensure the correct Safeguarding procedures are adhered to at all times

- Be comfortable to liase with parents to ensure the best level of learning and feedback for continued progress for the children.
