We are currently recruiting for a Biology Teacher to work in a secondary school in West Leeds.

This is a 4 day a week Biology placement and will be an immediate start until the end of the autumn term, in the first instance, with a potential to be made permanent.

A successful Teacher will be able to deliver AQA Biology to GCSE and will be responsible for planning, marking and their own exam classes.

The school, based in West Leeds, is an environment where Leaders place a high priority on pupils’ academic success. They ensure that pupils are well prepared for their next steps in education, employment or training.

Requirements:

* QTS or relevant teaching qualification

* Well qualified with an honours degree in relevant subject

* 2 x references from educational establishments

* A passion for success and quality teaching

* An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or willing to obtain one

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
