The Role:

As a Fall-Arrest Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that fall-protection systems are correctly installed, inspected, and maintained to the highest safety standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to compliance and risk reduction, providing peace of mind to clients and their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out field installations and inspections, from fitting new fall-protection systems to assessing the condition of existing setups.

* Conduct system design and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Identify and document any issues or deficiencies found during inspections.

* Collaborate with team members to develop and implement fall-protection system improvements.

* Represent the company professionally when liaising with site clients, contractors, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

* A strong engineering background with hands-on experience using various small hand and powered tools.

* A full, valid UK driving licence.

* A proactive and responsible approach to work, with a commitment to high safety standards.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
