Supervisor – Social Housing

Spencer and James are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Tier 1 Main Contractor Client, on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading contractor in the Construction and Property Services sector who can offer stable permanent positions, and opportunities to progress within. They are seeking experienced candidates who have experience working with Main Contractors within Social housing.

Location: South London

Salary: £40,000- £43,000

Benefits: 22 days annual leave, fuel card, company vehicle

Description:

As a Voids Supervisor you will oversee the repairs and maintenance of void domestic properties in South London. This will involve overseeing maintenance operatives completing repairs, ensuring high quality of work and keeping track of works completed.

Duties:

* Supervise repair teams to consistently achieve performance goals

* Ensure high work quality by conducting inspections, reviewing inspection reports, analyzing performance indicators, and assessing customer satisfaction feedback

* Following company protocols and standards

* Efficiently oversee material costs by adhering to established processes and procedures

Requirements:

* SSSTS Qualification

* Full UK drivers License

* Experience working within social housing for a main contractor

* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead
