Administrator
Location: Middleton
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs a week
Salary: £28K - £35K

We are seeking a talented and experienced Administrator to join our team in Rochdale. This is a Permanent role, with an immediate start. As an administrator, you will be supporting the team through a busy period and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting and updating details on the system
Taking inbound and outbound calls
Updating order details on the system
Communicating with the warehouse to track order status
Updating paperwork
Responding to customer queries via phone and email
Providing general administrative support to the team
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in administration
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
