Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Event Planner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Events Assistant, you will:

Support the management, planning, organising and delivering a calendar of fundraising events
Undertake risk assessments on events for both health & safety and cost efficiency
Develop opportunities for other income lines within events
Ensure all income is received and acknowledged in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
Work closely with the marketing team to deliver a clear and timely brief to produce engaging collateral and encourage participation
To be successful as an Event Planner you will:

Have experience and a track record of delivering mass participation events
Have a knowledge of fundraising regulations
Be able to write clear and effective briefs
Understand the importance of budget setting and monitoring
Be a creative thinker with a proven ability to produce engaging events
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £32,300 per annum.
