Quality and Specifications Technologist

Description
Assist the company’s technical function and serve as the primary technical contact for specifications and customer inquiries.
Oversee the safety, legality, and quality of the products offered by the company by managing the specification system and ensuring compliance with due diligence processes.
When necessary, provide support to other departments and suppliers in comprehending and fulfilling legal and customer requirements.

Main responsibilities:
• Maintain quality management systems
• Managing product specifications
• Ensure customers are well looked after, dealing with requests and complaints
• Support the technical manager with preparing for customer visits and audits
• Liese with other departments to ensure compliance of new product launches

The candidate
• Experience with Quality Management Systems
• Exposure to product specifications
• Food manufacturing/import experience
