NEW QUALITY ENGINEER BASED IN REDDITCH.

A leading Aerospace company, dedicated to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team based in Redditch.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for assembling a variety of company products to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer in Redditch.

* Define, specify, and implement quality standards for manufacturing processes.

* Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and less experienced engineers.

* Develop and implement corrective actions to improve process quality.

* Host source inspectors and customer auditors as required.

* Support both internal and external customers and suppliers.

Requirements as a Quality Engineer in Redditch.

* HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering.

* Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (aerospace industry preferred).

* Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and requirements.

* Familiarity with machining, assembly operations, SPC, APQP, and quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, AS9100).
