Engineering Supervisor
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
A client of ours are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join their team covering 2 healthcare facilities in Cardiff. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of engineers while maintaining a balance of hands-on and supervisory responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities for an Engineering Supervisor:
* Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of engineers, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Support Operations: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing guidance and support.
* Hands-On Work: Participate in maintenance and repair tasks as required, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
* Compliance: Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
* Communication: Liaise with the client and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and efficient workflows.
Qualifications/Experience required for an Engineering Supervisor:
* Essential Qualifications: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and AM2 qualification.
* Experience: Proven track record in electrical maintenance and team supervision.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive and solution-focused approach to technical challenges.
* Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, for client and team interactions.
