DevOps Engineer

We are proud to announce that we have partnered with a highly-decorated company in the health care sector who are looking for a DevOps Engineer. This role requires a skilled engineer with vast cloud, development and containerisation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee system performance through monitoring and diagnostics, ensuring system stability and up time.
Enhance the efficiency of software delivery by creating and optimising continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) work flows.
Partner with development teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Guide the design, development, and code review process to uphold coding standards and promote teamwork.
Collaborate with the team to define and implement infrastructure and automation best practices, such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and IT Infrastructure.

Requirements

Leverage SQL for efficient database management and querying, ensuring data integrity and performance for data-driven applications.
Utilise AWS services to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless software deployment and management.
Implement server-less architectures to reduce infrastructure overhead and improve scalability and cost efficiency, particularly for cloud-native solutions.
Apply expertise in C# and the .NET framework to develop reliable, secure, and high-quality back-end services.
Use Docker to containerise applications, enabling consistent environments across development and production, and simplifying deployment.
Strong communication skills for all audiences.
Ability to adapt and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering role
