Client and Operations Co – Ordinator

Part time hours circa 25 hours per week

£26 - £30k pro rata plus excellent benefits

De Lisle Financial Planning is looking for a Client and Operations Co-Ordinator on a part time basis to join their small, but busy team. A new role, to assist in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of excellent client service and daily operations of the business.

We are a small financial planning company based at Far Peak Business Park, near Northleach. Our clientele consists predominantly of professionals and successful small business owners, often nearing or having started retirement. It our job we reduce the stress of money. We aim to make our clients’ lives easier, facilitating greater clarity in their financial decisions.

Based in the Cotswolds countryside, with its beautiful rolling hills the site provides access to: 25 acres of green space, a gym, paddle courts, climbing walls, physiotherapist, chiropractor, and even sauna/ice bath facilities.

Our successful candidate will be tech savvy and very client focused. This varied role offers hybrid working, with one day at home per week.

Our successful applicant will be able to:

* Provide a friendly yet professional point of contact for clients, providers, and suppliers (by phone, email and in person)

* Organise existing and prospective client meetings and actively manage the Financial Planners diary and workload

* Prepare client documentation in advance of client meetings

* Manage client service needs and client expectations to ensure client satisfaction

* Ensure relevant service components (as per the client agreement) are delivered throughout the year in a timely manner

* Maintain SharePoint, back-office system and client files to the required compliance standards

* Filter Financial Planner's general information, queries and invitations

* Comply with relevant compliance, T&C, data protection & financial crime procedures/requirements

Our full-time office manager, Quincy, a Cocker Spaniel is in residence at the office most days.

You will have excellent command of MS office and be tech savvy so you navigate the various systems we have in addition to the above. Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and an openness to jump in and help as and when needed.
