We are currently seeking a self motivated Manufacturing Operative to join our client based in Aylesford on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties :

Coiling and wrapping flexible liner.
Packaging and labelling stock for both internal and external distribution.
Assisting in the loading and unloading of vans/lorries.
Contributing to ensuring order fulfilments are complete within the allocated time frames
Maintaining a tidy and functional production area.
Performing other duties as required.

Desired skills:

Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
Comfortable performing manual tasks and using manual handling equipment.
No previous manufacturing experience necessary, although it would be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all departments
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

working hours:

Immediate start available
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
Support the team in working a quantity of Saturdays during the busy season (October to December) for additional pay.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
