Job Title: NPI Engineer

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: up to £60k per annum

Job Role for the NPI Engineer:

Leveraging your expertise to ensure a smooth transition from product development to full-scale production, enhancing design and manufacturing efficiency whilst ensuring the products quality is not compromised.

Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) activities for new and existing products
Operations lead of new product introduction
Lead virtual builds and prototype development, ensuring early identification of potential manufacturing challenges
Plan and oversee first production runs, coordinating with all stakeholders and teams to validate manufacturing processes and ensure product readiness
Manage the seamless transition from development to production
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction and continuous improvement
Develop, update and maintain comprehensive production documentation, including job routings and work instructions
Coordinate with test department and production teams to resolve any testing discrepancies or failure modesThe successful NPI Engineer will have the below skills and experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing, production, engineering or technical role, with RF and electronics or similar experience
Proven experience NPI Manufacturing Engineering role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment and quality systems
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with experience in root cause analysis
BSc (hons) or MSc in Electronics Engineering, experience with electronics and RF components
Charted Engineer or working towards 
Hands on experience with RF systems, analogue and digital circuits, antennas and electronics manufacturing processes
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologiesThis company offer a fantastic benefits package including the below:
