As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be:

Assisting the head chef and sous chef with the day to day running of the kitchen
Leading shifts to ensure food is prepped and delivered on time
Maintaining a clean kitchen and ensure that all staff follow health and safety regulations
Overseeing training and development of other staff members
Ensuring high standards at all times
