Job Title: 7.5t Road Sweeper Driver

Job Type: Full-Time. Shift Pattern Monday - Thursday 7am - 3pm Fridays (phone number removed)pm

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled 7.5t Road Sweeper Driver to join our team and help us keep our city tidy.

Job Description:

Are you a skilled driver with a passion for keeping our environment clean? We’re seeking a dedicated 7.5t Road Sweeper Driver to operate our dust carts and ensure the timely collection of waste across our service area. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 7.5t Road Sweeper, driving in the surrounding areas of Sevenoaks and sweeping the roads
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure it is in good working condition
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and report any issues or delays
Requirements:

Valid UK driver’s license a clean driving record is preferable but no more than 6 points 
Full CPC, Tacho card and C1 Licence
Previous experience as a driver, preferably with experience operating dust carts or similar vehicles.
Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
